摘要
随着企业竞争的日益白热化,企业危机的产生在所难免。企业危机具有突发性、破坏性、不确定性及急迫性,它要求现代企业必须将各种突发危机处理得当,充分体现了企业危机公关能力的强弱。纵观当下,现代的不少企业在爆发危机时都不能够进行正确有效的处理,要想在面对各方面的危机时妥善地将其解决好,就需要明确危机产生的成因,制定危机处理的主要步骤,采取有效的应对路径进行解决,以确保企业能够和谐稳定持续地发展。
