兖州地区农村食品安全监管调查与研究

The investigation and Discussion about Rural Food Security in Yanzhou

调查农村食品市场现状及农民对食品安全问题的认识,了解农村食品安全监管所存在的问题,以促进食品安全监管部门对农村食品安全的重视,实现农村食品安全监管体系的初步构建。通过调研发现农民对食品安全的重视度很高,但无奈由于地理位置等因素的影响,他们对食品安全的了解并不多。农村的食品安全监管明显不如城市,应切实加强农村食品安全监管工作,并做好食品安全知识的普及工作。

The purpose of this paper is to investigate the status of the rural food market,and the farmers＇ awareness of food security,and to know the problems existing in the supervision of food security,So as to urge the relevant departments to pay attention to the rural food security and establish the system of supervision of food security.Through the investigation we found that the farmers have paid highly attention to food security,however,due to the factors such as position and so on,they know little about food security.Supervision of food security in rural area is worse than that in urban area.In order to change this situation we shall fortify our efforts on supervision of food security in the countryside,and we shall enhance the food security education.
