摘要
综述了浆态床费托合成反应工程的关键技术及适用于浆态床反应器的催化剂的研究进展。重点介绍了合成气的硫含量、催化剂的密度、抗磨损性能及固液分离等浆态床反应器的关键技术;介绍了适用于浆态床反应器的沉淀铁催化剂、钴基催化剂和熔铁催化剂,以期探讨催化剂适用性对反应过程及费托合成工艺的影响规律,为浆态床费托合成反应器的开发及应用提供指导作用。
Progresses in the research of slurry reactor for Fischer-Tropsch synthesis and the relevant catalysts were reviewed.The effects of sulfur content in syngas,density and attrition resistance of the catalysts,and solid-liquid separation on the synthesis were discussed.Precipitated iron catalyst,cobalt-based catalyst and fused-iron catalyst used in the slurry reactor for Fischer-Tropsch synthesis were summarized.
