摘要
选取某醇胺类化合物为助磨材料,并用某种减水剂加以组合,对不同浓度的组合进行小磨实验.针对所测得的水泥物理性能数据进行系统分析,确定最佳组合为新助磨剂.该助磨剂可提高水泥粉磨效率,加入后使磨机产量提高约15%~30%,提高水泥3d强度10%~15%,28d强度约28%.
Selecting an alcohol amine compounds as grinding aids, combine it with some water reducing agent to combine and test for the combination of different concentration. Then systematic analysis for the measurement of the physical properties of cement data to decide a best combination to be a new kind of help grinding materials. The grinding can increase cement grinding aids efficiency. The results show that yields increasing about 15 %- 30%, cement strength (3d) increasing about 10%-15%and cement strength (28d) increasing about 28%.
