摘要
问卷调查安徽省53所学校校长、4 010名初三学生,运用两水平多层线性模型,探查影响学生学校适应性的因素。研究发现:(1)学生学校适应性校际差别不大。(2)在学生个体层面,兄弟姐妹数量越少、家长学习期望越大、家长学习参与越多、个体知觉的同学关系与师生关系越积极,学生学校适应性就越好。(3)在学校层面,未发现有影响学生学校适应性的因素。
This research based on the result of a questionnaire of 53 headmasters from different middle-schools and 4010 students of grade 9, and used an analysis of Hierarchical Liner Modeling in two levels to explore the factors that impact students' school adjustment. The results showed that: (1) The Difference among schools in students' school adjustment is not very large ; (2) at the individual level, the fewer children the family, the bigger parents leaning expectations, the more parents'leaning participation, the more positive relationship between teachers and students, the more positive relationship between students, the more positive the students' school adjustment; (3) at the school level, there are no factors that influence students' school adjustment.
