关于重建教学质量评估监控体系的思考——以集美大学为例 被引量:1

摘要 21世纪的中国高等教育已经站在一个崭新的起点上,在当前社会竞争日趋激烈,高校规模急剧扩大的背景下,教学质量作为高校的生命线,提高教学质量是高校永恒的主题。结合集美大学已有的评估与监控体系,分析其存在的不足,并按学生组、同行同事组与领导督导组重新建立评估与监控指标体系,且按照新的计算方法来评估与监控教学质量,为学校加强教学质量管理提供理论与方法借鉴。 China' s higher education in the new century is standing in a new starting point, the current social competition becomes increasingly fierce, the scale under the background of rapid expansion, the teaching quality as the life line, improving the quality of teaching is the eternal theme. Based on the existing assessment Jimei university and monitoring system, analyzes the existing problems and by the students and colleagues, peer group and the lead- ership group to set up DuDaoZu evaluation and monitoring index system, and according to the new calculation method to assess and monitor the quality of teaching, strengthening the teaching quality management for the school pro- vide theory and methods for reference.
