摘要 为了解福建省水产食品安全及人才培养培训情况,采用访谈、座谈等方式,结合问卷调查对福建省部分水产品加工企业、相关政府(行业)部门进行了调研,并对获得的信息进行综合分析。通过此次调研,初步分析了福建省水产食品行业的质量安全现状,以及该行业对从业人员的培养培训、对人才的需求情况,并针对存在问题提出了建议对策,以期为高校加快教育教学改革,培养相关专业人才提供科学依据。 The talents were the core to promote the development of aquatic product processing industry. In order to understand the situation of aquatic products safety and personnel training, the investigations towards aquatic product processing enterprise, government departments and related industry association were carried out by the methods of interviews, discussion and questionnaire survey. The obtained information was also analyzed comprehensively. Through the investigation and research, the effective measures and related security control points of aquatic products quality control, the status of employees training and the personnel needs of aquatic product industry were known well, and all of them could provide the scientific basis to speed up the reform of college education and the training of aquatic product industry professionals.
