提升成人英语培训有效自主输入的措施

Measures to Elevate Effective and Active Input in Adult English Training

加大输入量是提升成人英语培训效果的一个改革方向,但应注意区分单纯输入和有效语言输入。成人英语学习者具有逻辑理解能力和自我调节能力强而记忆力相对较弱的特点,在成人英语培训中,应结合其学习特点,采取加大自主有效语言输入的方式,并通过转变教师传统讲授角色为咨询角色、编写具有自主输入引导功能的教材、重点营造非受控性学习环境等措施,实现有效的自主输入。

To enlarge input is reform direction of elevating adult English training effect, but we must distinguish pure and effective language input. Adult learner features high logic understanding ability and self adjusting ability but poorer memory. In adult English training, we should combine with their study feature, take the mode of enlarging input effective language input, transfer teachers＇ traditional teaching role into consultative one, compile textbooks with active input direction function, pay attention to create noncontrol study environment, so as to realize effective active input.
