With gradual establishment of Socialist market economy system and modem enterprise system and constant deepening of reform, there has been great change in ideological concept and thinking way of enterprise employee, and the way and mode of ideological and political work must actively be adapted to the new change. To realize scientifically position and function of ideological and political work, and to correct existing formalistic trend are the premise of carrying on and keeping up fine tradition and working style of ＂seek truth from facts＂ of the Party and the guarantee of strengthening effectiveness of ideological and political work in enterprise.
