摘要
近年来,化工产品市场竞争加剧,客户对产品销售及服务质量的要求越来越高,为客户提供优质的销售服务成为行业共识。改善产品销售流程中不尽合理的环节,实现精细化管理,是提供优质产品销售服务和提高客户满意度的有效途径,也是企业增强市场竞争力必须重视和解决的问题。
In recent years, competition in chemical product market has been intensified, the costumers require higher and higher for quality of product marketing and service, and to provide costumer with excellent marketing service has been accepted by the industry. To improve the irrational part in product marketing and realize fine management are effective approach to providing excellent product marketing service and elevating costumer's satisfaction, and the question to be emphasized and resolved for elevating competitive force of the enterprise.
