摘要
随着生产性服务业的发展,制造业生产过程融入越来越多的服务要素,服务业与制造业出现了融合互动的发展态势。本文从产业融合的角度对生产性服务业与制造业互动关系、交易成本—服务外包化、专业化分工和产业价值链三个方面进行了理论分析,并以广东佛山市为例,着重分析了佛山市生产性服务业与制造业互动的现状、失衡的表现及对佛山经济的影响,最后就实现佛山生产性服务业与制造业互动发展提出了具体建议。
