通过对中印科技奖励制度的类型以及特征、获奖者的社会分布、获奖后效等方面的对比,研究中印科技奖励制度的差异,在此基础上,提出了中国科技奖励要引导科学家加大农学等基础科学研究,要重视对个人的奖励。

The Enlightenment and Comparative Study of the Sino-Indian Science and Technology Award System Abstract： By contrasting the type and characteristics of the Sino-Indian science-technology award system,the social distribution of winners and the award-winning after-effects,the author put forward that the science-technology award system should guide to the agricultural and other basic scientific research,and emphasis on personal reward in China.
