摘要
7-溴化乙氧苯四氢巴马汀(EBP)10mg/kg对小鼠乌头碱、豚鼠哇巴因、兔肾上腺素诱发的心律失常有明显对抗作用;2mg/kg对大鼠冠脉结扎和再灌注引起的心律失常有保护作用;EBP能降低离体豚鼠乳头状肌及右房自律性,延长不应期,增加收缩性。EBP明显延长豚鼠乳头状肌APD_(20),APD(90),不影响APA,RP,OS,V_(max)。
This paper studied the action of 7-bromethyoxybenzene-tetrahydropalmatine(EBP)on arrhythmias of the animal models and on the automaticity,functional refractory period,contractility,excitability and action potentials of the isolated guinea pig papillary muscles.EBP(10mg/kg,iv)showed marked power to counteract arrhythmias induced by aconitine,oubain and adrenaline.Arrhythmias due to the coronary artery ligation and reperfusion could be antagonized by EBP(2mg/kg,iv)in the anaesthetized rats,while those evoked by BaCl2 were not inhibited.EBP distinctly lowered the automaticity,prolonged the functional refractory period and increasedthe contractility of the isolated guinea pig papillary muscles,but exerted no influence upon the excitability.EBP prolonged the duration of action potential at APD20 and APD90 of the isolated guinea pig papillary muscles.However,the resting potential and amplitude of the action potential and the Vmax were not affected.The results indicate that the anti-arrhythmic effects of EBP are mainly concerned with the action of EBP to decrease the automaticity and prolong the functional refractory period.
