摘要
为促进对苯二甲酸二辛酯的工业化生产和实现工艺过程的优化控制 ,以文献实验数据为基础 ,考虑醇酸摩尔比对反应的影响 ,并通过参数拟合建立了对苯二甲酸二辛酯合成工艺的数学模型 .该模型能很好地反映出反应的动力学行为 ,由模型计算的反应温度和转化率与实验结果吻合良好 .此外 。
For the purposes of promoting DOTP manufacture and realizing the optimization control of industrial process,considering the effect of alcohol-acid mole ratio this paper uses the experimental data issued in literatures to establish a mathematical model of DOTP synthesis through parameter fitting.The model can properly show kinetic characters of the reaction because calculated reaction temperature and conversion ratio are in conformity with the experimental results.By means of the model ,the mole ratio of alcohol-acid and the amount of catalyst are also optimized.
