摘要 作为国家电网公司信息系统调运检体系试点单位之一,浙江电力不断探索在调运检体系下如何开展大运行工作。随着业务系统之间交叉联系越来越紧密,单独系统的运行已不能满足运维的要求,集中运维成为必然的发展趋势。根据多年实际运维工作经验,浙江电力信息技术中心提出了全业务集中运维的管理模式,通过统一集中的专业化运维团队,实现运维流程规范标准化,采用统一运维管理系统平台和集中式2186服务台等一系列管理措施,充分整合各系统的运维资源,强化业务为导向运维,积极拓展运维的深度和广度,有效提高了工作效率及运维能力和对外服务能力。 As one of the pilot units of State Grid Corporation of China (SGCC) information system dispatching, operation and overhaul system(DOOS), Zhejiang Electric Power Corporation(ZEPC) constantly exploits the way for the DOOS. With the increasing linkage of business systems, the operation and maintenance for a single system can meet the needs no longer. So the centralized operation and maintenance becomes the inevitable trend. Combining work experience with our company characteristics, this paper provides a centralized operation and maintenance based management mode for full service. Due to several management measures such as maintenance team centralization, maintenance process standardization, maintenance management platform unification and centralized 2186 service, the mode integrates maintenance resources, consolidates business-oriented maintenance and improves the work efficiency, maintenance capability and service capability.
