通信管理系统标准化建设研究

Research on Standardization Construction of Telecommunication Management System

电力通信作为电网自动化、信息化、互动化的基础支撑设施,迫切需要加强电力企业通信管理的信息化、规范化水平,提升电力通信专业的综合管理水平。通过对电力企业通信管理系统建设的调研与分析,参考国内外有关标准体系的结构和组成方式,提出了一套适用于电力通信专业的通信管理系统标准体系,并就标准化建设的主要措施和基本原则进行了探讨。着力推进标准体系建设先行,可为通信管理系统的标准化提供技术支撑。

As infrastructure, power telecommunication has very important role that supports grid automation, informatization and interaction. Therefore, there is an urgent need to strengthen the informatization and standardization level of power enterprises telecommunication management. On the basis of research and analysis of the existing power enterprises telecommunication management systems, and referring to the structure and composition of related standards at home and abroad, this paper puts forward a standard applicable to power telecommunication management, and discusses the main measures and basic principles of standardization construction. Based on the standardization system construction, it is helpful to provide technical supports to the standardization of telecommunication management system.
