摘要
以均聚的聚 (4 乙烯吡啶 ) (P4VP)为载体制备了聚 (4 乙烯吡啶 ) 钯配合物催化剂 ,考察了聚 (4 乙烯吡啶 )与钯的摩尔比及碱量对催化剂活性的影响 ,证明它在常温常压下能够催化多种化合物 ,如硝基苯、对氯硝基苯、邻氯硝基苯等等 .结果表明 :P4VP与Pd的最佳摩尔配比为 5∶1 ,且在KOH浓度为0 3mol/L时 ,以乙醇为溶剂时 ,催化活性最高 ;P4VP Pd催化氢化芳香族硝基化合物的速度顺序为 :硝基苯 >供甲基取代硝基苯 >吸电基取代硝基苯 .这种催化剂的稳定性较好 ,长时间反应也能保持高活性 .
In this paper,palladium complexes with poly (4 vinylpyridine) were prepared,the influence of Vpy/Pd and alkali on its catalytic activity was examined.As a catalyst for hydrogenation of various substrates,such as nitrobenzene,P chloronitrobenzene,O chloronitro benzene at normal temperature and under atmospheric pressure,P4VP Pd complex shows high activity.The results show that the best ratio of P4VP/Pd was 5/1,and in 0.3 mol/L alkali and ethanol solvent P4VP Pd exhibits highest activity.In addition,it is found that the hydrogenation rate is in the order of nitrobenzene>electron donating group containing nitrobenzene>electron withdrawing group containing nitrobenzene.The catalytic activity and stability for the catalyst prove to be good.
