电网企业信息系统容灾备份技术研究与应用

Research and Application of Disaster Recovery Technology to Grid Enterprises Information Systems

随着信息技术的高速发展,国家电网公司对信息系统的依赖性越来越强,信息系统的高可靠性越来越关键。如果发生灾难导致系统故障或数据丢失,业务的开展将变得极其困难,甚至可能造成企业的瘫痪。因此,如何保障在灾难发生后业务系统的灾难恢复和数据零丢失是迫切需要解决的问题。文章在分析容灾备份关键技术的基础上,讨论了适合电网企业的容灾备份方案设计。该方案由风险分析、业务抗冲击能力分析、企业容灾环境分析、容灾策略制订、容灾方案设计等几个部分组成,符合国家电网公司大型企业的特点,对公司容灾项目的建设有一定的指导意义。

With the rapid development of information technology,State Grid Corporation increasingly depends on information systems,and highly reliable information systems become more and more critical.In case of system failures and data loss caused by disasters,it is extremely difficult to carry on the business and it may even result in enterprises paralysis.Therefore,how to recover information systems after the disaster and ensure the zero loss of data is an urgent problem.Based on the analysis of the key technologies for disaster backup,this paper discusses the plan of disaster recovery for power corporations.The proposed plan consists of risk analysis,business impact analysis,disaster recovery environmental analysis,disaster recovery strategy development and disaster recovery solution design,which conforms to our corporation＇s characteristics and provides some suggestions for disaster recovery projects.
