摘要
基于目前不同仿形方式之间的转接是通过手工进行操作的状况 ,开发了一种多工序仿形编程的加工方法 ,可以针对不同的仿形加工方式进行编程 ,以实现不同仿形加工方式之间的自动化转接 ,从而降低仿形加工操作的复杂程度 ,提高操作的可靠性以及仿形加工的效率 .
Now,when copy machining some complicated surface,we have to use several different NC-copy methods.The connection of different processes is operated by manual manipulation,which increases the difficulty of the machining process and lower the reliability and efficiency of the machining process.This paper presents a method that can realize the automatic connection of different NC-copy machining processes.
