摘要
为了全面提升人力资源信息化管理,加强国家电网公司人力资源管控力度,国家电网公司启动了SG-ERP人力资源管理信息系统一期建设工作。SG-ERP人力资源管理信息系统一期建设本着"先试点、后推广"的原则,目前已完成试点并进入推广实施阶段。由于实施范围庞大、业务复杂,且时间紧、任务重、技术新,为了保障项目的实施质量,制定一套切实可行的实施管控方案势在必行。文章介绍了实施管控方案的背景、目标、策略、范围、内容、管控手段等内容,从推广实施效果来看佐证了方案的合理性及有效性。
To comprehensively promote the human resource information management level and enhance the management,State Grid starts the first-period construction of the SG-ERP human resource management information system project.The construction obeys to the principle of pilot first and promotion last,and so far the pilot work has been done and the promotion work is under way.Because of large promotion scopes,complex businesses,short time,heavy tasks and the use of new techniques,there is an urgent need to formulate an achievable promotion management and control scheme to ensure the work successful.This paper depicts the backgrounds,objectives,policies,scopes,contents and methods of the scheme.The promotion results show that the scheme is reasonable and effective.
