摘要
郑州东新区重要电力客户智能管理系统(大客户管理项目)是2011年河南省电力公司的重点工作之郑东新区城乡一体化营配协同综合示范工程的子项目之一,项目引入通用CRM客户关系管理理念,对重要电力客户进行细化分类,针对不同类型的重要电力客户提供差异化管理和个性化服务,最终达到对内加强大客户管理、对外提高大客户服务水平的目标。
The key power customers intelligent management system for Zhengdong new district,is one of subprojects of the urban and rural integration marketing cooperative demonstration project receiving significant attentions from Henan electric power corporation in 2011.According to the ideas of customer relationship management,the project divides key customers into fine-grained categories,and provides the differentiation management and personalized services for each category.Using the above approach,it aims at enhancing the management and improving the service level for key customers.
