电力行业两化融合发展水平评估体系研究

Research of Integration of Informatization and Industrialization Development Level Evaluation System for Power Industry

为了解电力行业两化融合发展水平,在借鉴工信部研究成果以及钢铁等重点行业评估报告的基础上,结合电力行业的特点和电力企业信息化建设现状,主要采用专家访谈和案例分析法,提出了电力行业两化融合发展水平的评估体系,形成了电网企业和发电企业2套评价指标体系。该研究成果即可以作为电力企业两化融合情况自评工具,还可以作为企业间两化融合对标性分析参考。

To understand the development level about the integration of informatization and indusi,＇ialization for power industry, drawing on researeh findings from MIIT and assessment reports from key iHdttstries, for example siegel industry, eomlfining chara（qeristies of the power industry with the situation of fower enterprise itfformalization, this paper proposes two sets of＂ （tevelopment level evaluation system about the itllegration of informatization trod industrialization for power industry using expert interviews and ease analysis, which applies to power grid enterpise and power generation enterprise respec.tively. Research findings can be used as a selfassessment tool for power enlerprise.s and provide a good referenee fow benehmarking analysis of the integration of informatization and industrialization.
