Design and Development of Substation Equipment Condition Monitoring Master Station System

依托国家电网公司生产管理信息系统,建立统一的变电设备状态监测主站系统,规范各类变电监测数据的标准化接入,提供各种变电设备状态信息的展示、告警、统计、分析和诊断功能,实现变电设备状态的全面监测,为变电设备状态管理提供支撑。文章介绍了变电设备状态监测主站系统的功能设计、数据库设计、架构设计及系统开发过程中的各类技术实现过程。

On the basis of state gird production management information system, this paper designs a unified substation equipment condition monitoring master station system with standard data specification, which provides the visualization, warning, statistics, analysis and diagnosis function for the monitoring information of various substation equipments. The function design, the database design, the structure design and various technologies involved in the developing process are described in detail. The system achieves the goals of comprehensively monitoring and management of the substation equipments condition.
