为给调度运行人员提供复杂电网情况下的多种综合决策方案,并在电网故障状态下提供及时、准确的智能告警,最大限度地保证电网安全及经济运行,提出了调度可视化及智能预警分析解决方案。本方案的实施,降低了电网调度运行人员的工作难度和强度,同时也提高了调度员操作的安全性和准确性。

To provide several comprehensive decision-making solutions applicable to complex power grid and timely and accurate intelligent early warning under the case of power grid failure for dispatching operators, and profitably ensure power grid safe and economic operation, this paper puts forward to a dispatching visualization and intelligent early warning solution, which uses the SCADA system and combines with all kinds of applications by the intelligent scheduling service. The solution not only reduces the degree of difficulty and intensity for dispatching operators, but also improves the safety and accuracy of their operations.
