摘要
从分析国家电网公司目前的信息运维现状出发,为公司的调运检体系运维业务提供应用保障,以国家电网公司设计的"调运检体系"为参考,结合ITIL最佳实践提出了调运检体系的信息运维流程建设,旨在从整体上把握公司信息运维管理流程建设的基本思路和关键要素,总结形成省地县管理流程建设的统一和规范。调运检体系运维流程涵盖了调度管理类流程、运行管理类流程、检修管理类流程及客服管理类流程。
To ensure operation and maintenance business effective for State Grid, this paper puts forward to construct the operation and maintenance process, which takes its situation, the existing "dispatching, operation and maintenance" system and experience from applications of information technology infrastructure library (ITIL) into consideration. The objectives of the construction are to provide the basic idea and key elements of the information system operation and maintenance management process construction, and to standardize the process construction applicable to county-level companies. The proposed operation and maintenance process contains the dispatching management process, the operation management process, the maintenance management process, customer service management process.
