摘要 低压用电管理是电力系统最基础的工作,是电力营销管理工作的重要环节,实现低压用电科学管理是营销现代化建设急需解决的问题之一。低压用电管理系统的设计目的是建立一套适应全新的现代化低压用电管理系统,实现对用户台区基础数据的采集和管理,有效提高低压用电的管理水平和管理效率,为低压现场工作提供技术支持。通过近1年的运行使用,系统功能完全满足设计需求。该系统的成功应用也为在辽宁省范围内全面开展低压用电管理系统提供了宝贵的经验。 The low-voltage electricity consumption management is one of the basic works of electric systems, and also is one of important works of electricity marketing management. Thus, the scientific low-voltage electricity consumption management has been one of urgent issues in the marketing modernization construction. This paper designs and implements a new low-voltage electricity consumption management system, whose aims are to meet the needs of user electricity consumption data collection and management, to effectively improve the management level and management efficiency, and provide technical supports for low-voltage on-site operations. The results of the practical application about a year show that the system can completely satisfy real-world application demands and offers valuable experience for expanding the low-voltage electricity consumption management system in Liaoning province.
