摘要
经过多年的电力信息化建设,商业智能已被广泛应用于电网企业的各个业务领域。通过商业智能系统的建设,基本满足了电网企业各业务部门应用海量数据的要求,提高了公司管理水平和公司竞争价值,取得了较为明显的经济效益,但也存在一些问题,如报表展现速度慢、跨部门数据集成度不高等问题。文章分析了商业智能发展的新趋势,提出了商业智能实施方法论,分析了商业智能项目实施成功的关键因素,并就如何促进商业智能在电网企业的应用提出了自己的见解。
After the power informatization construction in the past few years, business intelligence (BI) has been widely applied to all fields of power enterprises. The existing BI systems can basically meet the needs of application of mass data for each department, and improve the management level and the completion value of power grid enterprises. Although the economic benefit is not bad, there are still a few problems, such as slow visual speed of report and low inter-departmental data integration. This paper analyzes the future development of BI, proposes a methodology for BI implementation, recognizes key factors for a successful BI project implementation, and gives some opinions about application of BI in Power Grid Enterprises.
