Design and Implementation of Integrated Platform for Electric Power Technical Journals

随着互联网技术的发展和计算机的普及,对传统的科技期刊带来的冲击日益显现的同时,也为科技期刊信息化建设提供了契机。为实现期刊无纸化、数字化出版发行,国网信息通信有限公司设计并开发了电力科技期刊整合平台。文章介绍了整合平台的系统架构、功能架构及系统实现等内容。通过系统的建设,基本实现了编辑工作流程自动流转,为电力科技期刊信息化建设做出了有益探索。

The development of Internet technology and the popularity of computers have an emerging impact on the traditional scientific and technical journals, meanwhile provide a good development opportunity for the informatization construction of journals. To make journals paperless and their publishing digital, this paper designs and develops an integrated platform for electric power scientific and technical journals. The system architecture, functional architecture and system implementation of the platform are introduced in detail. After constructions, the platform has realized the automatic editing process, which provides useful explorations for the informatization construction of electrical technical journals.
