摘要
近几年来,我国许多贫困地区的教育事业发展迅速,但就全国范围来看,贫困地区教育仍然较落后,恶劣的自然条件、落后的基础设施、较低的师资素质、多重的学习困难是这些地区人口贫困,教育发展落后的重要原因。创新发展教育,才能从根本上解决贫困问题。为此,构建贫困地区教育创新发展模式,其主要特征:一是制定和完善相关政策;二是加大对贫困地区的教育投入;三是关注学生的身心健康;四是实施教育投资多元化,合理地分配教育资源。湖南应通过教育与扶贫开发、与推进绿色产业、与市场和社会需求、与大力培育人文精神相结合,实现贫困地区教育创新发展。
In recent years, education in many of our poverty-stricken areas has made rapid development, but nationwide, education in poor areas is still relatively backward because of poor natural conditions, poor infrastructure, low teacher quality and multiple learning difficulties. Innovation and development of education are fundamental to salving the problem of poverty. To this end, the new development mode of construction of education in poor areas has its main characteristics: first, to develop and improve relevant policies; to increase investment in education in poor areas; to care about the students' physical and mental health; the implementation of the diversification of investment in education, rational allocation of resources for education. Hunan should promote the green industry; cultivate human spirit to achieve the innovation and development of education in poor areas.
