摘要
近些年,大型储罐设计、建造技术迅速发展,储罐大型化已经成为原油储运专业技术发展的一个必然趋势。国外大型储罐单罐容积已经达到20万m3,国内大庆油田在南三油库建成了规模最大的15万m3储罐群。20万m3储罐设计建造技术的研究,对于完善我国国家石油战略安全储备技术;促进中国石油工程建设技术发展;对大型油库建设的技术经济优化发展都具有重要意义。论述了20万m3储罐的主要研究内容,包括储罐整体强度分析及结构优化;特大型双盘浮顶结构安全技术;储罐"象足"屈曲分析与安全评估;搅拌形式及效果数值分析;大线能量焊高强度钢板焊接;特大型储罐安全监测与诊断;特大型储罐组装与焊接变形控制施工技术。
The design and construction of the vast size storage tank were developed rapidly in recent years.The vast size crude oil storage tank has become an inevitable trend in the field of oil storage and transportation.The biggest unit capacity of the vast size storage tank built abroad has reached 200 000 cubic meters.The tank farm consisting of 150 000 cubic meters tanks,the largest of its kind in China,was built at Nan3 oil depot in Daqing oilfield.Research on the design and construction of 200 000 cubic meters storage tanks would be contributed to the upgrading of the national strategic oil storage safety technology,improvements of the oilfield construction technologies,and the technically and economically development of the huge oil depot construction.The key research contents including the integral strength analysis and structural optimization of storage tanks,structure safety technology of ultra-large double-deck floating roof tank,'elephant-foot'buckling analysis and safety evaluation,agitation form and performance evaluation,high line-energy welding of high strength steel plates,safety monitoring and diagnostics of ultra-large storage tank,as well as assembly and welding deformation control technologies were described.
