膀胱癌盆腔淋巴结转移的诊治进展 被引量:2

摘要 对存在盆腔淋巴结转移的侵犯膀胱肌层或者具有高危因素而位置表浅的膀胱肿瘤来说,根治性膀胱切除术(radical cystectomy,RC)、扩大的淋巴结清扫、阴性的外科切缘及可控的尿流改道已经成为最佳的治疗选择[1]。
