The CAD System of the Extrusion Process of Deeper Hole and Thinner Wall

以VB和CAD为平台 ,开发深孔薄壁件挤压工艺计算机辅助设计系统。该系统建立了大量的图形库和数据库 ,采用人机交互方式自动完成最佳工艺设计和模具设计 ,从而实现深孔薄壁件挤压工艺设计的计算机化 ,缩短了模具设计开发周期 ,降低工程技术人员的劳动强度 。

Using VB and CAD software as a design platform, the CAD system of the extrusion processing for deeper holes and thinner walls has been developed .In the system, lots of data base and picture base have been built. With a human computer interactive manner, the optimal processing and mould design can be finished by the system automatically, so that the extrusion processing for deeper holes and thinner walls will be computerized ,the design cycle is shorten, the designers' labor strength and the cost for mould design are reduced.
