摘要
以弹性流体动力润滑理论为基础 ,建立了圆锥轴承滚子端面与内圈挡边间膜厚的计算模型。对现有膜厚的计算方法 (直接迭代法 )进行了改进 ,提出了该模型的复合迭代法。通过对圆锥轴承挡边膜厚的计算表明 ,该方法的求解误差小 ,收敛速度快 。
Based on the theory of elastohydrodynamic lubrication, the authors established the mathematical model of film thickness between the cone back face rib and the large end face for a tapered roller bearing, and improved the usual calculation method that is the method of direct iteration for film thickness and accordingly proposed a new iteration for the model. The rsult shows that the method can reduce the deviation,increase convergent speed and is an effective one.
