摘要
:从提高效率的目的出发 ,针对E类功率放大器的工作状态进行了理论分析 ,利用ICAPCAE电路仿真软件 ,提出了一种E类功率放大器电路参数的优化设计方法。应用该方法对一种 80 0kHz超声波发生装置进行优化设计 。
The efficiency of C oscillator with a vacuum electronic tube is about 50%,while its Class E oscillator is above 90%.To raise oscillator efficiency,there are three ways.One is to use MOSFET of power electronics device,secondly,to construct a class E oscillator and to optimize the circuit parameters.Simulations for the circuit and experimental results show that the theoretical analysis and circuit designs are successful.The efficiency for simulation achieves 91%,the efficiency with experimental result is about 90%.
