我国上市商业银行公司内部治理绩效的实证研究

Empirical Research on Inner-corporation Governance Performance of Chinese Listed Commercial Bank

良好的公司治理结构对金融市场的稳健发展至关重要,也是决定商业银行核心竞争力的关键。通过对影响商业银行内部治理绩效的诸因素进行实证检验后发现,股权集中度与资本充足率、资产净收益率正相关,与不良贷款率及净资产收益率负相关;董事会、监事会的人员构成对银行业绩产生影响;增加高管薪酬对降低不良贷款及贷款呆坏账准备有一定作用。

Perfect corporation governance frame is beneficial for commercial banks,and it is important to improve financial market moderately,which acts as a crucial part in constructing core competitiveness.The article uses empirical research to examine some factors which affect inner governance performance of commercial banks,and finds that there is positive correlation between stock equity concentration ratio and capital adequacy ratio,profit rate to net worth.The relation between stock equity concentration ratio and bad loan ratio,rate of return on common stockholders＇ equity is negative correlation.The constitution of board of directors and board of supervisors affect performance of commercial bank.To increase income of Senior Executive plays a role in decreasing bad loan and bad debit reserve.
