山西合同能源管理发展存在的问题及对策研究

Problems and Measures of the Development of EPC in Shanxi Province

通过具体分析山西发展合同能源管理存在的问题及原因,研究发展合同能源管理的具体对策。运用定量分析与定性分析相结合,总体分析与结构分析相结合,独立分析与比较分析相结合的分析方法。论文提出要通过克服发展合同能源管理的三大障碍,来促进山西省节能服务产业健康快速地发展进而促进资源型经济结构转型。

Specific strategies on developing EPC are put forward after specific analysis about problems and reasons in the development of EPC in Shanxi province.The methods of analysis combine quantitative analysis with qualitative analysis,general analysis with structural analysis,independent analysis with comparative analysis.Finally,this paper holds that by overcoming three obstacles,healthy and rapid development of EPC industry to promote the transformation of natural resources economy in Shanxi province can be achieved.
