赤豆中黄色素芦丁的分离与鉴定

Separation and Identification of Rutin from Phaseolus Angularis Wight Pigment

中药学早已指出 ,赤豆有药用价值 ,但其药用的主要有效成份未见报道 ,本文从赤豆Phaseolusangu lariswight的干燥种皮中提得天然色素 ,经聚酰胺柱层析和制备薄层分离得到 1个黄色色素化合物。由化学检识、PC、TLC和UV、IR、NMR、MS鉴定为槲皮素 3 0 葡萄糖 (6→ 1)鼠李糖甙即芦丁 (rutin)。该化合物系首次从赤豆中获得 。

Long ago, the traditional chinese medical science indicated that phaseolus angularis wight had medical value. But the main effective medical composition was not reported before. In this paper, natural pigments were extracted from the skin of Phaseolus angularis wight. One yellow pigment was separated by polyamide column chromatography and thin layer separation. The structure of this pigment was approved to be rutin by spectroscopic analysis and chemical determination. The compound was separated from this plant for the first time. It was the main effective medical composition of phaseolous.
