摘要
研制了以光控光光子双开关 .在用X Y记录仪测试中 ,发现了P I N多量子阱具有光学双稳特性 ,并首次用示波器显示了CCTS激光器和P I N多量子阱的双双稳图形 .
In this article the authors studied optical double switch and found P I N Multi Quantun Well's bistability by X Y recorder. Then the double bistability of CCTS LD and P I N MQW are shown by oscilloscope. The optical double switch's double bistability is successfully displayed.
