摘要
从堆肥化处理的甘蔗叶中分离出一株纤维素酶产生菌,并对其产酶条件进行了优化。结果表明,在培养时间为72h、培养温度为30℃、培养基初始pH值为8、接种量为3%的优化条件下,酶活力达90.19U.mL-1。
A cellulase-producing strain was isolated from the composting sugarcane leaves. And the optimum conditions for cellulase production were determined as follows:culture time of 72 h, culture temperature of 30℃ ,initial pH value of medium of 8,inoculum amount of 3 %. Under the optimal conditions, the cellulase activity reached 90. 19 U ·mL^-1.
