天麻色谱学分类与品质评价 被引量:7

摘要 为了建立天麻生化指纹图谱最佳测定方法,利用指纹图谱对天麻进行科学分类和评价,运用优化的高效液相色谱方法测定了9种天麻的生化指纹图谱及其天麻素含量;运用分析软件计算了它们的生化指纹图谱的相似系数;运用聚类分析方法和相似系数对天麻进行系统分类;根据天麻素含量和色谱峰面积对天麻品质进行综合评价。结果表明:9种天麻被分为3个不同的类群,第Ⅰ类天麻含有较多天麻素(平均含量5.67mg.g-1),品质最好,其中来自湖北宜昌和湖南石门的天麻样本的天麻素含量最高,分别高达7.52mg.g-1和7.26mg.g-1。湖北宜昌和湖南石门之间的山区可能是天麻适宜种植地区。天麻的天麻素含量与生化指纹图谱和产地之间存在明显的相关性。本研究成果可应用于天麻生化指纹图谱测定、系统分类、质量评价和品种鉴定与选择。 To establish the optimal method for determining biochemical fingerprints of Gastrodia tuber and conduct a scientific classification and assessment on Gastrodia tuber with biochemical fingerprints,we employed the optimized high performance liquid chromatography method to determine the biobiochemical fingerprints and gastrodin content of nine Gastrodia tuber populations,used analytic software to calculate similarity coefficients of their biochemical fingerprints, conducted systemic classification on Gastrodia tuber by using the similarity co- efficients with clustering analysis method,carried out integrated assessment on quality of Gastrodia tuber basedon their gastrodin content and peak area of chromatogram. The results showed the nine Gastrodia tuber popula-tions were grouped into three different classes. Class I Gastrodia tubers had higher content of gastrodin(5.67 mg · g^-1) and their quality was the best,among which those from Yichang, Hubei(gastrodin content up to 7. 52 mg· g^-1),and Shimen, Hunan(gastrodip content up to 7.26 mg · g^-1),had the highest gastrodin content. Thismountainous region,which stretches between Shimen, H unan and Yichang, H ubei may be the most suitable for the growth of Gastrodia tubers.
