Er^(3+)-Yb^(3+)共掺铝酸钆荧光粉的制备及发光性能

Sol-gel Preparation and Fluorescence Properties of Yb^(3+)-Er^(3+) Co-doped Aluminate Gadolinium Phosphors

摘要 采用溶胶凝胶法合成了单一晶相的铝酸钆(GdAlO3:Yb3+,Er3+)荧光粉体,通过X射线衍射(X-ray diffraction,XRD)表征了其物相,研究了不同Yb3+离子掺杂浓度下样品在氙灯激发下的正常发光及其在980nmLD激光泵浦下的上转换发光性能。 Yb3+ and Er3+ co-doped GdAlO3 phosphors were prepared by the sol-gel method.The effects of dopant concentrations on the structure and fluorescence properties of samples were investigated by x-ray diffraction(XRD) and photoluminescence measurements,respectively.The emission spectra and the mechanism for the up-conversion emission were also discussed.
