摘要 研究了高温合金GH33上激光熔覆钴基合金涂层的组织与耐磨性能。结果表明 ,涂层与基材之间形成紧密的冶金结合 ,基材对涂层的稀释度较小 ;X射线衍射分析可知涂层基体组织为α Co枝晶 ,枝晶间为α Co +Co2 B共晶以及M2 3 (CB) 6、M6C等多元复杂共晶组织 ;涂层中硬度分布均匀 ,最高硬度为HV0 .0 2 76 6 ;涂层耐磨性能较基材提高了 This paper studies the microstructure and wear resistance of Co based alloy coating on high temperature alloy GH33 by laser surface cladding.The experimantal results indicate that the excellent metallurgical bonding is formed between coating and substrate,and the substrate has a small dilution to coating alloy.X rays diffacton shows that the basic phase of coating is α Co dendrite.There are other phases such as α Co+Co 2B,M 23 (CB),M 6C in the coating.The distribution of microhardness in the coating is homogenious,and the wear resistance of cladding coating is three times greater than that of substrate.
