摘要
经济全球化的进一步深入,带动了教育国际化的发展。"中国—东盟自由贸易区"建设的顺利推进以及"把云南建设成为面向西南开放的桥头堡"战略的实施,促进了云南省高校与大湄公河次区域(Greater MekongSub-region)五国的教育交流与合作。红河学院自升本以来的八年间,积极开展与越南教育、科研机构、政府组织的交流与合作,逐步形成了"以语言培训为抓手,以科研合作为平台,以教育合作为核心、以文体交流为纽带"的"全方位、多层次、宽领域"的交流合作的态势。本文以红河学院为例,对云南省高校与GMS国家教育合作的模式进行分析和研究。
The deepening of economic globalization brings along educational internationalization.The smooth construction of China-ASEAN Free Trade Area and the implementation of the Bridgehead Construction Strategy in Yunnan facilitate educational exchanges and cooperation between Yunnan and five countries in the Greater Mekong Sub-region.Since Honghe College has been upgraded to a university,it has actively carried out exchanges and cooperation with Vietnamese educational institutions,research institutes and governmental organizations for eight years.It has gradually formed all-round,multi-level and extensive exchanges and cooperation,with language training as a key,scientific research cooperation as a platform,educational cooperation as the core,cultural and sports exchange as the link.This paper,taking Honghe University as a case study,analyzes the model of educational cooperation between Yunnan and GMS countries.
