摘要
目的:定期检测数字减影设备的主要性能指标,对检测过程中出现的问题,提出解决方案,从而保证设备的良好性能。方法:依据国际、国家质量控制标准,结合工作实际,建立数字减影设备质量控制技术规范,制定检测原始记录表格,对检测条件和方法、环境监控等方面做出严格规定。结果:采用非介入式气体电离室探头以及加强检测数据的统计分析等方法解决了检测中发现的问题,保证了设备的使用安全和应用质量。结论:通过对检测中出现的问题及时分析和研究,确定解决方案,才能指导临床工程师更好地保障设备高效运行,促进医疗质量水平的不断提高。
Objective: The ultimate performance of the equipment can be achieved by periodically measuring the performance data of DSA and solving the corresponding problems occurred during measurement process. Methods: In reference of the international and Chinese QA standards, according to the practical situation, we established DSA QA test procedure including the record form, technical setting, environment condition. Results: The remarkable safety and quality of the equipment was assured by adopting the non-intervened gas ion chamber detector and the reliable statistic analysis. Conclusion: The research ofmeasurement data can facilitate the clinical engineers to maintain the high-quality performance of the equipments, and hopefully, another major leap and evident success of medicine.
