Strengthening a medical equipments prevention to support an effective exaltation clinical application quality

目的:研究探讨医院在诊疗过程中如何降低医疗设备故障率,防范医疗诊断和治疗风险,实现有效提高医疗设备的临床应用质量的手段和方法。方法:分析实施医疗设备预防性维护相关要素,总结依据医疗设备自身特性,结合医院所处地区的外部环境特点,加强医疗设备预防性维护的实践及做法。结果:通过总结多年来常见医疗设备预防性维护实践经验,有效提高了在不同地域医疗设备临床应用的质量。结论:在高原地区医院,依据医疗设备自身工作原理和结构特性,加强医疗设备预防性维护工作是控制在用医疗设备临床使用风险,提高医疗设备临床应用质量的有效手段和方法,并需要不断研究探讨和创新。

Objective： To determine how a hospital can reduce rate of breakdwons in devices during diangosis and treatment to standarize the medical procedure and promote quality of appling relevant devices. Methods： The related factors of preventive maintenance of medical devices were analyzed and practice and methods of strengthening preventive maintenance based on special features of hospital were summarized. Results： Through the summarization, the quality of clinical application of the medical devices has been promoted. Conclusion：It is important to strengthen a medical equipments prevention to support a work at hospital in the plateau region, according to the working principle and structural characteristic of the medical devices.
