随着我国呼吸机的拥有量逐年增加,呼吸机的应用越来越普及。NBP740呼吸机是美国万灵科公司于90年代中期推出的一款较为先进的经济型呼吸机,该机型操作简便,适用于各类医院。在呼吸机的使用过程中,不正确的参数设置将会引起各种故障报警,因此要设置恰当的报警阀参数值,且要严密观察呼吸机回路的情况,避免漏气;同时分析和处理好氧气报警故障、阻塞报警故障等。总结呼吸机常见报警故障原因可更好地为临床应用提供借鉴。

The ventilator has been increasingly used in our country. The NPB-740 Ventilator is made by Mallinckrodt company （US） in the mid-1990s. This machine is easy to operate and has wider applicability. During its work, the ventilator may have failure due to incorrect parameter settings. In this paper, the author generalized the common reasons resulting in malfunctions and alarms of ventilators for clinical practice reference, Intensive observation of air circulation must be performed to avoid air leaking and a proper threshold of tube pressure should be set for alarming. The author then further summarized some experience in its maintenance.
