摘要 DR数字X射线机是当今使用最为广泛的诊断检查设备,其故障率较高,高频逆变器通常由预置控制信号来控制高压的产生,它由一个电源电压,通过脉冲调制为40~100kHz的高压信号,该信号发送到高压发生器,通过高压发生器和整流电路将初级电压变成40~150kV高压,以控制X射线的产生。高频逆变器一般由直流电源、直流逆变和逆变控制三部分组成。电源可由交流电源整流后变为直流电源,将直流电压变换为高频电压的过程称之为直流逆变。 Nowadays DR digital X-ray device is the most widely used diagnostic device m the world, so the trouble rate of this device is very high. The troubleshooting for breakdowns in high frequency inverter was introduced. High frequency inverter usually controls the generation of high voltage by preset control signals which were transformed from an AC power supply to 40-100 Hz high frequency signals by Pulse modulation. The signals were sent to the high voltage generator, and then the primary voltage was transformed to 40-150 kV high voltage through the high voltage generator and the rectifying circuit. The high voltage can control the high X-ray generation.The high frequency inverter generally consists of three parts, including DC supply, DC inverter and inverter controller. The AC supply can be rectified intoa DC voltage, and then the DC voltage can be transformed into high frequency voltage. The transformation process was called the DC inversion.
