摘要
为提升DK-2空气制动柜的试验检测手段,提高产品质量,研发了SS4B型机车空气制动柜综合检测试验台。文章介绍了试验台的结构与原理,同时阐述了软硬件设计。通过实际运用情况,证明该试验台性能良好,运行可靠,可应用于SS4改/SS4B型机车DK-2空气制动柜的检测试验。
In order to promote test detection means of DK-2 air braking cabinet, and to improve the quality, air braking cabinet test-bed for type SS4B locomotive is developed. The structure and principle of test-bed is presented,and the design of software and hardware is expounded. By the actual application ,it is proved that the test-bed is reliable with good performance and can be used in detecting test for type SS4G/SS4B locomotive with DK-2 air braking cabinet.
