摘要
乡村山区"微型小学"对于传承乡村文化,防止盲目追求规模效益,不切实际撤销教学点等具有重要意义。现实生活中,山区"微型小学"普遍呈现出办学经费不足、师资水平低、学校管理松散、教学质量差等问题。因此,需要从合理配置教学资源,切实改善办学条件;规范办学管理,创设"区域一体化"的学校管理模式;加强教师队伍建设,提高师资水平;构建新型校本教研模式,实行教学过程性管理等方面出发,探索提高山区"微型小学"办学水平的可行性路径。
Microschools in rural mountain areas play a significant role in transmitting rural culture,and preventing the blind pursuit of economies of scale and impractically closing the teaching-point.In reality,microschools in mountain areas encounter such difficulties and problems as insufficient school-running funds,low-level qualification of teachers,weak school management,poor teaching quality,etc.Therefore,it is an imperative task to explore the feasible route to enhance the microschool-running level in mountain areas from the following aspects:rationally distributing teaching resources,improving the teaching condition,standardizing the management,innovating the model of school management,strengthening the teaching stuff construction,enhancing teachers' qualification,constructing new model of school-base teaching and research,and implementing process management.
