将免疫亲和层析纯化的抗乙酰胆碱酯酶单克隆抗体3F3还原并烷基化后,用凝胶过滤法分离纯化抗体重链。以SDS-PAGE检定其纯度后,将完整的3F3单克隆抗体重链做氨基酸顺序分析,测定了可变区N端的42个氨基酸的顺序。
